The third film in the "Three Mothers" trilogy by Dario Argento.
Sarah Mandy (Asia Argento), an American art student in Rome, mistakenly opens an ancient urn. The urn releases Mater Lacrimarum (Moran Atias), the last of three powerful witches who have been spreading terror and death for centuries, and triggers a series of violent incidents: robberies, rapes and murders, while several mysterious, evil-looking young women gather in the city. Sarah has to use latent supernatural abilities of her own in order to prevent the Mother of Tears from destroying Rome.

A Mocumentary set as a docu-reality film titled "the Death of Death".
